Richard Feferman

Richard Feferman is the founder of Corporate Recovery Associates.  He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). Richard has extensive "hands-on" experience helping creditors  maximize the recovery of debts from highly leveraged, distressed companies.  Richard conducts special purpose audits (both in and out of bankruptcy) regarding the compliance with business agreements as well as the identification and recovery of overpayments.  He is a member of The Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.  In addition, Richard was an instructor at the University of California, San Diego where he taught Financial Decision Making as part of the Division of Professional Studies Financial Management Program.

Before founding Corporate Recovery Associates, Richard was an advisor to several private investment entities and a Senior Associate at Business Valuation Services, one of the largest international firms specializing in the valuation of business interests.

Richard is a graduate of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
